han olliver

Han Olliver is a chronically ill and disabled trans artist and writer in New York City.

They’re interested in haunting and ghosts, attenuations of intimacy, slippage, and rhizomatic embodiment as portals to nonlinear spatiotemporal time. Their work explores porosity as it pertains to belonging in non-normative/sick bodies and is a practice of witnessing cyclical root/rot through a variety of mediums.

They illustrate for The Rumpus and are a Senior Editor at Edited by Artists.

Currently, they’re working on a memoir and a webcomic about gay boys kissing, as well as a small form comic about chronic illness and quantum theory. They are available for editorial commissions and longform illustration projects.

You can haunt them on instagram or twitter if you believe in ghosts or that sort of thing.
